A PIECE OF ART FEATURING "PLANT HOPE"

I refer to this card as "a piece of art" as it is truly my own piece of art. The majority of the card is a creation made by hand through using just a brayer and ink. I really enjoy this process; however, it's more difficult for me than "traditional stamping" per se.

I used the Plant Hope stamp set, as it is one of my favorites. The stamp set is so perfect for making a card for either a male or female (have you ever heard of a unisex stamp set - LOL).  Last month I used the stamp set to create similar cards.  The differences in the cards are an additional ink color, cardstock, and scene that I added.

I am sure someone out there has already learned that you can use two of Stampin' Up! punches to create one unique "photo corner". However, I've not seen it and just discovered it while developing this card. I punched a corner of paper using the Scallop Trim Corner punch, and then punched the same piece of paper with the Photo Corners punch. I like the result! But, I mostly like the art work! Thanks for stopping by to enjoy it also.

Your card is truly beatiful and you have tremendous talent. I have yet to use the brayer technique and still not sure I understand what it is, but if it produces something so beautiful, you better believe I am going to find out.

Absolutely stunning. Hope you will share your brayer technique, especially for getting the white reflection on the water. I hope the person who gets this card frames it as it really is a piece of art!
