The answer is YES, however it can slip when using. The Simply Scored Diagonal Plate (Diagonal Plate) fits into the Martha Steward Scoring Board (Scoring Board). The size of the Diagonal Plate and the scoring section of the Scoring Board is approximately a 12-1/2” square. The Scoring Board does not have a raised lip on the right side which allows accommodation of the Diagonal Plate.
If you are wondering if
the Diagonal Plate will fit into the earlier and latest versions of the Scor-Pal®, designed by Diana Crick, it DOES NOT. Both versions of the Scor-Pal® are approximately a 12” square with
raised edges on both sides, which prevents the Diagonal Plate from dropping in.
Thus, if you do not have the new Stampin’ Up! Simply Scored Scoring Tool that is on page 16 of the Occasions Mini, but you have the Martha Steward’s Scoring Board, purchase the Diagonal Plate and you’ll be ready for all required scoring.
However, if you really want a PERFECT fit, buy and use both the SU Diagonal Plate and SU Scoring Tool! Obviously, they are made to fit perfectly together!
SU Diagonal Plate: SU Scoring Tool:
Cardstock scored with the two tools.
Hopes this answers the question for you.
God's Blessings!
