PETAL CONE BIGZ DIE

 Thank you for stopping by today!  My share today is one of my creations using the new Stampin' Up! Petal Cone Bigz Die from the new Occasions Mini Catalog.  This die is one to buy.  You can create more than a cone with it, and tomorrow I will share other creations made with the cone.

 The petal cone is embellished with two of the beautiful Stampin' Up! Embossing Folders, Elegant Bouquet and Perfect Polka Dots.  The new Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper, Love Impressions, was used to make the paper "LOVE" heart and two of the cone's petals.  The charming pink button and the red one below is from the Big Designer Buttons, Candy Cane, which became unavailable on January 3th when the Holiday Mini Catalog expired.  As is with the red button, the pink button is threaded with the retired Stampin' Up! Silver Elastic Cord.  The handle of the cone is the Stampin' Up!'s Real Red 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon.

This side of the cone shows the "friend" stamp from the I {Heart} Hearts stamp set and the big beautiful red button.  

The same red ribbon was used on this side of the cone and threaded through an old pink heart brad that I dug out of my collection.  This side shows more clearly the embossing with the Elegant Bouquet Textured Folder.

Inside the cone is lace tulle and it is filled with yummy heart shaped chocolate.

This card is the last share of the BLISS stamp set featured in the Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration event.  The featured stamp is actually the "BLISS" stamp within the BLISS stamp set.  This stamp set is FREE when you buy $50 in Stampin' Up! products or host a $300 net worth workshop. 

I think the colors, Melon Mamba and Pacific Point, are striking together.  Maybe that's because they are two of my favorite Stampin' Up! colors!

The "so happy for you" sentiment on the Whisper White Organza Ribbon and inside the card is from the So Happy For You stamp set that is also FREE with purchases and/or workshops during the Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration.

BUILD A BLOSSOM

The Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini Build a Blossom stamp set and the coordinating Blossom Petals Punch are awesome.  This card is my first one using the stamp set and punch.  I have to say that I think the card is beautiful!  Baja Breeze and Always Artichoke go together so well.  The Stampin' Up! Springtime Vintage Designer Series Paper is gorgeous also, and is part of the card front.  The Vintage Flower Adornment in the center of the blossom is striking as well.  I highly recommend purchasing these items.  

The sentiment, "Happy Birthday" is from the Bring on the Cake stamp set, and its mat is made from modifications to pieces cut with the Tasteful Trim Big XL Die.

Today's spotlight is on the Butterfly stamp in the Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration BLISS stamp set that is FREE when you buy $50 in Stampin' Up! products or host a $300 net sales workshop.  The card front displays the Occasions Mini Springtime Vintage Designer Series Paper (DSP) that is available today! This DSP is just beautiful.

I love butterflies and work hard at enticing them into my flower garden here in Florida.  This card reminds me of my Agastache Tutti Frutti plant that attracts butterflies.  Not only is the plant beautiful, but the variety of butterflies it attracts is amazing.  Here's a picture of the plant.

I hope everyone had a Happy New Year!!  It's difficult to believe that it is 2011.  I remember so clearly when we were heading into 2000 -- Y2K!  So long ago, but so fresh in my memory.

Today's share is a continuation of my introduction to the Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration stamp sets.  This card spotlights the flower stamp in the BLISS stamp set. 

The Sale-a-bration Ice Cream Parlor Designer Series Paper and Quick Accents Pack was used to create the card.  Also, the real cool Melon Mambo Pompon Trim, found in the Occasions Mini that debuts tomorrow, embellishes the card.  The sentiment is from the You're a Gem stamp set that is also in the Occasions Mini.
