Who doesn't love butterflies and the Stampin' Up! Beautiful Wings Embosslit? I see no hands raised (lol). Well, I love this embosslit and I purposely plant butterfly plants and bushes in my garden so I can enjoy the butterflies and their remarkable beauty. Today's card share is all about butterflies. The Stampin' Up! Beautiful Wings Embosslit did all the work for me. I hope this embosslit never goes away!
Other Stampin' Up! supplies used is the absolutely gorgeous Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper (DSP). What a popular DSP! The With All My Heart Stamp Set is featured on the card with the floral stamp image and the greeting. I covered the stamped floral layer with Stampin' Up! Paper Vellum to tone it down, and I think it worked beautifully. The second picture is a different angle of the card so you can see the dimensions. Enjoy!

Stampin' Up! Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper & Fabulous Florets
My Stampin' Up! greeting card made with the Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper (DSP) and Fabulous Florets Stamp Set is a simple one. My cards are typically more detailed but today I decided to keep it simple. I used two of the new In-Color colors, Lucky Limeade and Calypso Coral in cardstock and ink. I selected one of the designs from the Paisley Petals DSP for the first layer of the card, which goes well with the Calypso Coral. Here's the card:

Stampin' Up! Paisley Petals Card
Hello - I have another Stampin' Up! Paisley Petals greeting card to share today. This card features another one of the designs within the Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper (DSP) and products that become available on May1 when the Summer Mini debuts.
This card is the same style of card that I featured last week. It is one sheet of DSP folded in a manner that results with pockets on the front and inside of the card. From the top left to the bottom right of the card features upcoming Stampin' Up! products. The bottom piece of card stock is the Stampin' Up! Brushed Gold. The top piece of card stock is embossed with a new Stampin' Up Embossing Power, Tangerine Tango (item #123106). Isn't it beautiful? The two pieces of card stock are embellished with blossoms from the upcoming Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch (item #122464). The blossoms were first embossed with the Stampin' Up! Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and then spritzed with the Stampin' Up! Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz. The same is true for the inside of the card. The blossoms were also embellished with Basic Pearls Jewel Accents.
The two greetings, (You Always do the Nicest Things and Thanks for being a friend) are from the upcoming Happy Greetings Stamp Set (item #123313). The stem and leaves on the card were made with Crumb Cake card stock and the Two-Step Bird Punch. They were embossed with Stampin' Up! Clear Embossing Powder, which turned them more of a brown than a Crumb Cake color. Regardless, they were to resemble the Crumb Cake leaves on the DSP.
REMINDER: The Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper becomes unavailable at COB on April 30. If you cannot wait until it returns in July, you'll need to buy it now.
Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed my card! To purchase any of the current products used in this project or other Stampin' Up! products, place your cursor over the links and you will be taken directly to the product.

Greeting Card Idea - Stampin' Up! Paisley Petals - For You
Today's share is a Stampin' Up! greeting card featuring the Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper (DSP). This card spotlights the technique called braiding. This design from the Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper is perfect for this technique. Here's the card:
Making the braid required a lot of measuring and making straight, smooth cuts (some of mine aren't that straight though). However, it's a cool technique. The third picture below is a close up of the braid, which is highlighted with Stampin' Up! Basic Pearls Jewel Accents.
Although the adorable Punch Bunch stamp set is no longer available, I used it for the sentiment. The card stock used is the Stampin' Up! Baja Breeze, River Rock, and Whisper White.
Loving the Vintage Flowers as I do, I had to use a Baja Breeze one on the sentiment. Other Stampin' Up! Products used are the Crimper, Scallop Circle Punch, and Photo Corners Punch.
Hope you like my card, and any feedback is welcomed and appreciated.

Happy Birthday Card - Stampin' Up! Paisley Petals (CS26A)
My share today is about one of the greeting cards, Happy Birthday, that matches the purse I shared yesterday, which was made with Stampin' Up! Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper (DSP). I've enlarged the pictures so they can be seen clearly and won't need much of an explanation to make the card.
The first layer of the card is the reverse side of the Paisley Petals design that is on the top layer. The second layer is River Rock Card Stock that was embossed with the Stampin' Up! Finial Press Embossing Folder. The top layer is the Paisley Petals DSP over a Baja Breeze, Top Note Stampin' Up! Bigz Die cutout.
Additional Stampin' Up! products used are:
Birthday Wishes, Occasional Quotes Stamp Set
Birthday Bakery Stamp Set (inside the card)
Vintage Flowers
Basic Pearls Jewel Accents
Whisper White Organza Ribbon
Scalloped Trim Border Punch

Stampin' Up! Paisley Petals Purse and Matching Greeting Cards
My friends, I have another Stampin' Up! Paisley Petals personally-designed purse and matching greeting cards for you. I am so enjoying my new line of creations using the Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper (DSP). It has been great fun creating purses lately. Today I'll discuss the purse and show closeups of it, and the rest of the week I'll discuss the greeting cards.
This purse measures 8" x 7-1/2" x 1", and it easily holds the three matching cards. Actually, it will hold at least five, depending upon the embellishments added to the cards.
The handle of the purse was made by braiding two strands of Baja Breeze Seam Binding and one strand of Very Vanilla Seam Binding. The purse front is made with Baja Breeze Card Stock, Paisley Petals DSP, and Baja Breeze DSP Patterns (unavailable). The center piece of the purse is embellished with three Baja Breeze Vintage Flowers and several Basic Pearls Jewel Accents.

On the side of the purse are a Trinket Key and Vanilla Pearl Simply Adorned Bauble that are attached with Baja Breeze Seam Binding and part of the handle that was made with one of the Lots of Tags Stampin' Up! Sizzlits.
The last picture shows the inside of the purse that is designed with the reverse side of the Baja Breeze DSP Patterns that is on the front and sides of the purse. I hope you've enjoyed my personally-designed purse!

Paisley Petals - Stampin Up Greeting Cards for the Hand Purse
As promised yesterday, today's share is about the Stampin Up greeting cards that go with the hand purse that I featured yesterday. These are miniture cards ranging in size from 3-1/2" by 2-1/2" to 4-1/2" by 3", which fit inside the hand purse. All three cards are made with the Stampin Up Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper.
This card is made with one of the Paisley Petals designs. As you can see, it's not the usual fold for a card. When the card is closed, the two sides come together perfectly; neither overlapping the other. Like sewing fabrics that require "matching", I tried to match up the DSP so the same flower is on both sides of the card and positioned close to the same. This card was made with Stampin Up Bashful Blue, Whisper White, and Peach Parfait card stock. One of the frames from the Four Frames Stamp Set (available April 1) was used and embellished with a flower and pearl. The frame is attached to the card on the left side. The sentiment is from the Stampin Up You're a Gem stamp set.
This card is made with another design of the Paisley Petals. It is the same design as the card above, and it features the lovely Stampin Up Sale-a-bration Bliss stamp set.
The inside of the card also features the Bliss stamp set.
This card is the smallest of the three. I used the brayering technique, one of my favorite. It features the same design of the Paisley Petals as the card above. I modified the step card slightly so it would have the bird a little higher than the first step. I was hoping that the bird appears to be close up but within the branches of the trees in the background. Also, I added a little flower on the first step of the card.

Stampin Up 3-D Design - Paisley Petals Hand Purse and Greeting Cards
I'm excited today to share with you another Stampin Up Paisley Petals Design. I am quickly using up the Designer Series Paper, so I can't wait until April 1 to purchase more.
My share is a hand purse, which I designed, and Stampin Up greeting cards small enough to fit inside the hand purse. I am really pleased with my designs. I must say, I so enjoy creating paper crafts!
Are you wondering about the chain? Well, it is the Stampin Up Simply Adorned 24" Chain. I have to say that I was impressed with myself when I thought of using the chain for the purse handle (LOL - come on, aren't you proud of yourself occasionally?). I think the chain fits just perfectly with the purse. You will notice one of the beautiful, stately Trinket Crowns attached to the chain. Just love it!
This picture shows the greeting cards inside the hand purse. I used Velcro for the fastener.

I will share the details of the hand purse today, and the cards tomorrow. The front of the hand purse is decorated with Baja Breeze Stampin Glitter, butterflies from the Stampin Up Beautiful Wings Embosslits Dies, and Basic Pearls Jewels.

Now, are you saying, "What can I do with a paper purse!"? Let me tell you! Wouldn't this be a beautiful gift for a hostess? What about a birthday gift? I think it would be perfect for a new Stampin Up Demonstrator! It's a piece of handmade art! OK, give me your feedback!
Come back tomorrow for the details about the cards!

Paisley Petals - Stampin Up 3-D Idea
I'm excited to share with you today my personally-designed Stampin Up 3-D idea - a Paisley Petals Purse. As I said yesterday, I'm so in love with the Stampin Up Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper that becomes available April 1-30, and then again with the rollout of the big summer catalog.
I personally designed the pattern for this purse. I am very happy with the design and I hope you like it too.
I decorated the purse's closure with one of the elegant Trinket Crowns (love the crowns). I handstitched around the closure piece and added Velcro for the fastener. I would love to know what you think of it, so please leave a comment. Thanks!
